[설치장애기] 64비트 windows 2003에 오라클 10.2.0.1 32비트 설치시 ORA-12564에러

Xeon 3.3GHz 64비트 CPU에
windows 2003 Standard Edition 64비트 설치후
오라클 10.2.0.1 32비트 다운로드후 설치시
엔진은 잘 깔리는데 DB설치시 다음과 같은 메시지가 나오며 접속이
되지 않았다.
ORA-12564 : TNS permision denied
sqlnet.ora 파일과 TNS 설정, 리스너 등 여러가지 손 보았으나
이상이 없는 상태였다.
오라클 포럼에서 관련 이슈를 찾아보았다.
역시 같은 문제에 대한 이슈가 존재하였다.

Error in installation database in Windows 2003 server

Hi, I have a problem. I am trying to install a database Oracle Enterprise Edition 10.1.0.2.0 in a machine that has Windows 2003 Server. On having finished the installation and begin the Database Configuration Assistant appears the error ora-12546 TNS permission denied. In the file listener.log
the following messages appear:
TNS-12500: TNS:listener failed to start a dedicated server process
TNS-12546: TNS:permission denied
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00516: Permission denied
32-bit Windows Error: 5: Input/output error
In the alert.log appear:
OER 7451 in Load Indicator : Error Code = OSD-04500: illegal option specified O/S-Error: (OS 1) Incorrect function. !
I install in local mode, not remote and using Administrator user.
Help me, please!

Hi, you can install db without create first database. You put the cd-rom install, standard edition and when ask you if want create first database, you say that don´t create database.
Then you download patchset 10.1.0.4 and lanch setup and choose oracle_home of your first installation.
Then you lanch netca and dbca command to create listener and database.

내용인 즉슨 10.1.0.1 설치시 DB설치 하지 말고 엔진만 설치후에
오라클 패치 10.1.0.4 로 올린후 TNS와 DB를 생성하라는 것이었다.
과연 시도해보자 디비 생성이 이상없이 잘 되었다.
