!! root 패스워드를 잊어버렸을때 조치 방법.

먼저 해당 OS 버젼 CD를 넣고 SMS 모드로 들어갑니다.

1 starting software
please wait... (console 화면 뜰때)

2. please define the system console : F1<enter>

3. Type 1 and press enter to use english during
install : 1<enter>

4. welcome to Base Operating System installation and
maintenanace
1. start install now with default settings.
2. chane/show installation settings and install
3. start maintenance mode for system recovery

여기서, 3번 선택하시고요.

5. Maintenance
1.access a root volume group
2.copy a system dump to removable media
3.access advanced maintenance functions
4.install from a system backup

여기서 1번 선택,

6. continue : 0

참고 : 여기서 Disk가 두개일 경우 부팅 디스크를 선택을 해야지만 된다.

7. volume group information
type the number of your choice and press enter
1.access this volume group and start a shell
2.access this volume group and start a shell
before mount filesystems
여기서 1번 선택

이렇게 하시면 명령행 로그인 화면으로 넘어갈겁니다.
그다음에,

#vi /etc/passwd -> enter
root:!:0:0::/: (<== 여기서 ! 제거 하시고 저장)
root::0:0::/: (<== 이런식으로)

저장하시고 나온다음,

#vi /etc/security/passwd -> enter

여기서도 마찬가지로 root와 숫자 사이에 a8cd46jf(<=예
로 든겁니다.) 제거해주시고 rebooting 하시면 됩니다.
