A young girl who wants to be a witch went to the Academy for witches.

Her name is Mildred Hubble and she was kind of a trouble maker. She didn't meant to it, but it seemed to be supposed to happen.

So everyone tended to avoid her except her best friend Maud.

There was a head mistress Miss Cackle in the academy. She was very strict to keep the tradition of witches.

The witches had to have their own cat, especially whole black ones. 

There was a presention of cats for students, but Mildred was a only girl who got a tabby one. So she was going to name the cat Sootty, then she named the cat Tabby instead.

There was a perfect student Ethel in the academy. She was always perfect. She was good at spell, flying, making potion and everything. She heard about Mildred and her troubles so she looked down at her. Once she insulted Mildred, Mildred warned her that if she would stop it, she'll turned into a frog. Ethel didn't stop and said "Go ahead if you can do that". Mildred could recall some magic and she chanted the spell, Ethel turned into a small pig.

Miss Hardbroom was their form mistress. She was very strict and kind of a cold person. She ordered Mildred to turn back Ethel immediately.

Mildred forgot the magic spell to turn back, so she had to go to the library to find the right spell. She managed to turn back Ethel human again. But Ethel was mad at her.

In the potion class, Mildred and Maud made a potion. They must make a laughing potion, but they made a dispearing potion. She had to go to the Head.

The head mistress Miss Cackle was very kind person but her kind speach makes students feel very embarrasing. Mildred really wanted to be a good student.

Mildred's class was to make a performance in front of high magician. It was very important for their academy's reputation. Mildred have practiced very hard for this performance. Ethel was the leader of the class. Ethel had a plan to revenge for Mildred's spell. For this revenge, she lend her good broomstick for Mildred. The broomstick was cursed and made Mildred fell down with other classmates. The performance was ruined and Mildred was ordered to meet the Headmistress and Form mistress very next afternoon.

After Halloween, there was a tradition that every students wake up late. Mildred was so terrified of being told off, so she decied to run away from the academy.

When she set off with her spell book and Tabby the cat, she found some noises from somewhere. Some witches were making plans to invade the academy and turn all the students and teachers into snails.

In order to stop them, Mildred looked for the spell to stop them, and chanted the spell againt the witches. She made it, and all the wicked witches were snails.

She collected them carefully and show them to Head mistress Miss Cackle and Form mistress Hardbroom. 

The teachers didn't believe her once, but Miss Cackle noticed that was true when she heard about the appearance of some witch. The witch was her younger sister who was always jealous of Miss Cackle's position.

Mildred was proud of the academy and praised in front of all the students. Ethel was tell off when her bad plan was revealed. 

Mildred was very happy to be praised from every students and teachers.
